As the organisation expands its national and international reach and prepares to reopen their landmark South Melbourne Town Hall premises in 2028, ANAM seeks an exceptional Managing Director to co-lead their next phase.

Working in close partnership with the Artistic Director and Board, the Managing Director will shape ANAM’s long-term sustainability, strengthen its financial and operational foundations, and guide the organisation through a period of significant transformation.
