The Director of Marketing & Destination Experience plays a pivotal role in realising this vision. This position sits at the intersection of creativity and commerciality, responsible for growing audiences, driving revenue, and shaping how  MRC is experienced at every touchpoint. From first digital engagement to the moment a visitor walks through our doors, and long after they leave, this role defines how we are seen, how we are felt, and how we become a regular and cherished part of people’s lives.

This is, above all, a commercial leadership role. We are seeking a driven and strategic leader who is energised by growth - someone who recognises the opportunity presented by MRC’s expanding footprint, including the upcoming opening of The Peter and Ruth McMullin Beacon, and who has the creative instinct and commercial acumen to extend reach and deepen engagement. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a passionate team and help shape MRC’s future as an essential part of Melbourne’s cultural life.
