Board Advisory

REA maintains the commercial confidentiality of our board and strategic advisory work. Our services are designed to assist Chairs and Boards to deliver impactful outcomes.

In recent years I have had the pleasure of working with REA on recruitment strategy for key leadership roles within two very different cultural organisations. The REA team were professional, responsive and resourceful and brought their comprehensive knowledge of the Australian cultural sector to both briefs, expertly managing the process, generating a compelling shortlist of candidates and assisting to finalise terms with the successful candidates.
