Queensland Museum Chief Experience Officer

The Chief Experience Officer is the organisation’s storyteller-in-chief, leading the Museum’s state-wide Experience Portfolio, including including major festivals, international exhibitions, destination events, visitor experience, audience engagement, digital platforms, marketing and commercial growth across one of Australia’s leading cultural institutions.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role provides strategic leadership to ensure Queensland Museum delivers compelling, accessible and commercially sustainable experiences that strengthen audience connection, grow visitation and revenue, and position the organisation as a leading cultural destination locally, nationally and internationally.
